By purchasing and using Water Relief Products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Usage

• Products are designed for household, institutional, and industrial water automation.
• Installation must be done by authorized technicians. Incorrect installation may void warranty.

2. Warranty & Support

• Standard 1-Year Warranty (extendable to 2 years with AMC).
• Covers manufacturing defects, electronic failures, and malfunctioning sensors.
• Does not cover damages due to mishandling, electrical surges, improper wiring, or water seepage inside enclosures.

3. Service & Maintenance

• On-site technician support is available within serviceable regions.
• Remote support (WhatsApp / Call) is available pan-India.
• Regular preventive maintenance is recommended for longer life.

4. Limitations of Liability

• Water Relief is not responsible for secondary damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow user manual instructions.
• Products are designed for water automation only and must not be repurposed.
